Full automatic thermal mosaicer: FY-XQ-200
Feature 1: The whole automaticity begins with a guarantee of the stability of the quality of the sample: the performance of the thermal solidification resin depends primarily on the stability of temperature and pressure control, the co-commodity and cooling of the fully automated thermal mosaics, the dynamic process control and protection of the temperature of the thermal mosaics, and the dynamic process control and pressure of the gas or hydraulic pressure, thereby ensuring the stability of the mass of the thermal mosaic.
TYPE II: Full automatic embedding further increases the speed of sample preparation: process control of heating and cooling determines the use of higher power to heat without overheating, which can substantially increase the temperature and temperature protection; and pressure and pressure from aerodynamic or hydraulic control increases the efficiency of pressure, which can essentially be followed by a continuous sample of 6-8 minutes.
Speciality III: More sample types can be applied: full-automatic heat control, pressure and cooling process control, and thermal mosaicing can be applied to more sample types, for example, pressure-sensitive fragile samples can be used to protect the sample structure from pressure after first melting, cooling begins and then presses; if medium-altitude samples fear deformation can be used in the form of pressure-to-heated, pressure-to-feed, pressure-to-feat, and progressive melting dynamic pressure, which ensures full leaching and avoid pressure-induced variations in medium-altitude samples.
Characteristic IV: More mosaic resins can be used: full auto-controlled heat, pressure and cooling process control, so that thermal mosaics can use greater pressure and higher temperatures, so that thermal mosaics can be used. For example, greater pressure can make fully transparent thermal mosaics samples with argon resin that is more compressed than isomeric, which can facilitate the observation of complex structural samples.
