Vibration polisher FY-ZDP-100
Vibration polishing is a polishing technique that reduces the wear and tear of the specimen to the extent that it is suitable for the preparation of high-quality polishing surfaces on various materials, including electronic back-scatter-dispersive-dissemination analysis (EBSD) Application.
Vibration polishers use springboards and magnetic suctions to generate vibrations in the right and right direction, but the springboards that connect the ply disc to the vibrating body are angled, and thus allow the specimen to move round in the ply disc.
Unlike the traditional vibrating projector, this machine can produce vibrations in an almost complete level direction, greatly increase the time of exposure of the sample to the projectile, and in the process does not produce any additional damage and deformation to the sample, effectively removing and avoiding defects such as amphibians, embedding and plastic fluids.
