New type of crystal-particle impregnator for austro-creature, metallic flow lines, dialysis displays for steel, meeting the GB/T 6394, ASTM E 112 standards.
Usage method
The test sample for the detection of the austropine crystals of iron-inline steel is no longer required to heat the material in accordance with the GB/T6394-20 Appendix A method for thermal treatment of the actual crystallity of the product.
2. The reagent occasionally has a smoothing of a suitable solution before the crystal is used into a cup;
3. The sample test surface is sharpened and polished and immersed up in the solution;
4. Heated to 60 ~ 90 °C, corrosive 1 ~ 10 minutes, and observed colour changes in the detection surface;
5. When the detection surface is darkened, the water is removed for washing;
6. The black and grey material on the surface of the detection surface is removed after the light discharge of 1-10S with water on the polished canvas;
7/ Microscope observation, if the crystal boundary displays indistinctness, to repeat the above steps until the crystalline is shown;
8 This product can be added directly when the evaporation of the impregnated agent is reduced.
Note: Save the light! The bottom of the bottle will be crystal smooth before it's used!
