I. Circumcision

The most appropriate method of cutting is wet sand-cray cutting, which causes the smallest damage compared to the time spent. The sand-crays used for humid sand-cray cutting are synthesized by grinders and adhesives. 

Selecting sand-wheel blades from different components is important, depending on the material ' s hardness and resilience. Only if the sand-wheel is suitable will the cut sample ' s surface be small and flatly organized to obtain the required results quickly.   

LWA: Fit for soft and ferrous metals

HWA: Fit for hard, super hard, ferrous metal

MDCW: suitable for superhard metals, ceramics, etc.

RDAW: for very hard, ferrous metals

II. Embedding

Gold-shaped samples are embedded (hereinafter referred to as mosaics) in processes that are often classified as cold and hot, and are embedded or contained in a small sample size or irregular shape that leads to the grinding of polishing suffering to make the specimens more efficient and to improve the accuracy of the work.

Cold

Refrigeration applications: materials that are very sensitive to temperature and pressure, and microfissile samples should be cold-coated and will not cause changes in the tissue of the specimen.

Cold-coated materials: typically including Acrylic, epoxy resin, acrylic resin.

Fuyun provides six different cold-silvered resins, which are recommended according to sample characteristics and customer-specific requirements

FCM2Acques: High transparency, good mobility and permeability apply in particular to PCB and other electronic components. (Standing 10-12 minutes)

FCM3 epoxy resin: fast solidification, light yellow fast solidified epoxy system, strong and strong. (30-60-minute solidification)

FCM4 epoxy resin: low viscosity, long condensation time; edge protection, for vacuum impregnation, for pore-pore materials;

FCM5 epoxy resin: low heat, for temperature sensitive samples, long condensation time; protected edges, for vacuum impregnation, for perforated materials;

FCM6 Polylipids: Crystal King, colourless, transparent, fast-fixed system.

Thermal application: Samples that do not undergo deformation at low temperatures and low pressure.

Thermal materials: Plastics are generally used as mosaics. Embedded materials include thermocondensed plastics (e.g., glue powder), thermoplastics (e.g., polyvinyl chloride), condensable plastics (e.g., epoxy resin hardeners) and medical tooth-to-mouth powders with tooth-to-water, etc. The glue powder is not transparent, colours are of various kinds, and is hard and not rewindable, but the anti-corrosive properties of strong acid alkali are less effective. Polyvinyl chloride is semi-transparent or transparent, anti-acid alkali is good but soft.
