Fragmentation-gold-forming method for axle bearing steel

When the convulsions of the steel and the straight-bard pumps were made from the GCr15 line, the gutter was fractured, with a radioactive stripe from the heart to the outside (figure 1.7-1 left) and a horizontal crack was found in the sample as a result of the cross-section (figure 1.7-1 right).

The cylindrical tissue is normal, with a gold-based test on a vertical profile, but with a very high carbon positive dialysis area in the heart (figure 1.7-2), and a thick, complete net seepage and block seepage in the carbon zone (figure 1.7-3).

It was concluded that the contour was of poor quality and that the very severe carbon mitonics in the heart were the cause of the internal cracks at the time of cold-laze.

Time: 2-5 minutes, whichever is the same, the scratches of the thin sandpaper are almost removed.

Rotation speed: 200 turns

Pour: A little bright, no scratches, and can move on.
