The standard gold sample process is divided into:** cutting sampling, sample mosaicing, polishing, corrosive aid, microdetection.** Five major steps. This paper combines Fuyun testing FULWIN with self-study-based troupe, and elaborates on the standardized laboratory mix, which is a suitable firm quality check, research institute, and third-party testing.

The cold-sembling is a crucial step in the preparation of the gold-sembling sample, and the embedding and sample frame (samples) are core, accompaniment for the fixation of the specimen, the completion of cold-sembled re-sembling, and the extensive application to laboratory scenes such as metal material testing, PCB slice analysis, thermal-treatment gold-sembling tests. Fuyun cold-sembling embedding is divided into two categories: repeatable model and one-time model. Removables include silicone mollow and POM hard-forming models, simplified and excregnated, can be used repeatedly, with round, long-sembregated specifications, and adapted to different size samples; POM hard-sembled caps, hard-high and inflexible, and require high-detection scenarios for the sample flat. The one-time cold-slayed moulds are modelled using PS plastic retrofits, which are used for PCB gold-slice analysis, non-cleaning for one-time use, efficient mass-formulation, half-size, full-gold formula, and for the slicing of circuit plates.
