Hot mosaic resin
Thermal mosaic resins can be broadly classified into three categories:
1. Universal resins:
The resins are used to enhance the fillings, are well-fluent, have a moderate and relatively economic state of hardness, and are the most commonly used heat-laying resins.
2. Polysylate:
The resin booster filler is a more rigid, more dyslexical mineral fibre, which is high, is more resilient, can be removed in parallel with the harder samples to achieve better materials when grinding, and can effectively avoid the Circumcization of the edges, and can focus on the same depth. But the fluidity of the resin is relatively poor, and pressure above 20 MPa is required to be embedded to achieve close filling, usually with hydraulic mosaics, with common hand-shakes and aerodynamic mosaics pressing low.
3. Functional resins
By definition, it refers to resins with special needs, such as conductive demand, and transparent demand. This functional resin therefore requires specialized materials and synthesis processes, depending on the specific application of high requirements and the product capacity of the supplier.
Embedded resins are the package support for samples, and only good mosaics can ensure later grinding and therefore influence gold phase analysis, so their quality is critical. At the technical level, the process of fusion of these resins is not high-tech and is used in large areas of other industries. But it is not easy to make gold-specific resins with heart, and it requires a strong understanding of the gold phase application needs and attention to performance details.
